I joined GEA in 2010. Working here, I feel happy and full every day. I pursue our goal with my colleagues together. In order to provide better service to our partners and clients, our division of labor is becoming more and more detail. We not only have marketing department, IT department, design department, but also have admission department, public relation department, visa department, and marketing backup department. Now I hope I can give positive energy to every colleague. I believe our company will grow further with our joint effort.

I joined GEA with my 3-year working experiences in October, 2012. In this year, I felt so grateful and enriched to work here, and I am so proud of choosing this company.

At first, I felt confused of the new challenge, although I have 3-year working experience. However, I conquered it, with the help of my leaders and colleagues.

The first problem to begin a new job is to dismiss the old working habit and to learn a new system, knowledge, operating process, and rules. I have got the new working process step by step, with the explanation and help of my colleagues

During this period, I have known that working in the marketing department is very complex, detailed, and important. We have to give different services for different agencies, for their different cooperative channels. We not only expand the market, but also draft foreign study plan for our clients.

Working in GEA is a new beginning in my career. I will try my best to develop more clients for GEA. I hope to grow up with GEA together
